HALIBUT FILLET 180G-200G

This fish is a wild catch usually found in abundance in the Aegean seas. It is a sea bottom dweller and related to the flounder, turbot, cod and pollock species.
The white meat is more refined than the Chilean seabass or normal cod. While it can be cooked as one cooks cod, the cooking time is reduced by half.
The Halibut due to its very cold living environment has plenty of healthy fish oils.
