Coverage Area

Lively Grocer delivery service is available in selected areas. Our coverage area is dependent upon our store location. We aim to bring the product to your doorstep whilst maintaining its freshness and quality. Currently, we limit our delivery distance to 20km from any of our store. Delivery Timing

Our customers are allowed to schedule the delivery date and time. We appreciate our customers understanding that there would be a fixed window as we are unable to control the traffic condition on the road.

In the event that your delivery is late due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or rider availability, you will be notified via WhatsApp by our staff.

Delivery Information

Please ensure delivery information you have entered is accurate and complete as we will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery.

Absence of Recipient

We cannot guarantee a delivery/handover to anyone other than the intended recipient. Additional layer added to delivery can increase the liability and risk that the product may be misplaced.

For unsuccessful delivery, your goods will be returned to our store. We will keep your order for 24 hours and be disposed with no refund if we do not receive any further response from you during that time.

Self-Pickup

You can choose to collect your order from our store using the self-pickup option. Your order will be ready to be picked up 2 hours after your order is made. There are no additional charges for self-pickup option.

We will keep your orders for 24 hours and should we not hear from you within the next 24 hours, your orders will be disposed with no refund.
